We are always looking for exceptional and passionate PhD and postdoc applicants eager to work in a translational multidisciplinary team in breast cancer.
You will have the chance to work on the grand challenges of breast cancer translational research on swedish and international breast cancer data on topics such as:
- Quantitative IHC, spatial in situ analysis at protein level (eg multiplex IHC/IF), or RNA level (spatial transcriptomics)
- Bioinformatics (bulk omics, single cell omics, spatial in situ omics)
- Digital Pathology and Image Processing
- Artificial Intelligence and Multimodal Integration
- Registry-based studies
- Meta-analyses
- and much more...
You will play an active role in shaping research questions, developing and optimizing experimental and analytical methods, generating high-quality data, and driving novel discoveries in breast cancer translational research.
